7-day easy exchange

Wrong size? Changed your mind? You may exchange unused items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

What cannot be returned

• Undergarments and intimate items, for hygiene reasons (unless faulty on arrival).
• Opened perfumes, cosmetics or beauty products.
• Sale/clearance items marked "final sale".

How to request

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item.
2. We arrange a replacement or store credit — refunds go to your original payment method.
3. Faulty or wrong items are always replaced free, with return courier on us.

Damaged in transit?

Send an unboxing video or photos within 48 hours and we will reship or refund immediately — no questions asked.
